Respected Sir/Madam, I Shailesh Devi ,a resident of Barhulia Village,Barhulia Post, Siwan District ,Bihar, would like to inform you that I had taken a loan date the 15-05-2009 from SBI (Branch-Jiradei) on KVP policy paper (Kishan Vikash Patra) bearing loan account numbers 30765371811 and 30735380410. I had already submitted my all loan amount including the interest dated on 17-06-2015 but I did not get the KVP policy ( Kishan Vikas Patra) paper yet. Now when I contacted the Branch Manager of SBI (Jiradei), I got a response( in a rude way ) that he has lost the KVP policy paper and he isn’t agreeing to return the KVP Policy paper. Rather he is telling whenever he would find that KVP policy paper, he will return it back to me but I don’t think he will take a trouble to search for the same. Therefore Sir, I kindly request you to provide me a duplicate copy of KVP policy paper which has been lost so that I can utilize it wherever necessary. Meanwhile, I also request you to take serious actions against SBI Branch Manager,Jiradei for using vulgar language so that other customers won’t face such kind of problems like me in the future . I would be in favour of your kind considerations. Looking forward to hearing positive response from you.
